MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

ALLEN SHARP, Chief Judge.

This case is presently before the court on the Government's motion to clarify sentence. The defendant having been afforded the opportunity to respond thereto, this matter is now ripe for ruling.

On January 5, 1984, the defendant was sentenced to a term of three years' imprisonment and a fine of $5,000 on each of the fourteen counts on which he had previously been found guilty.1
