Defendants appeal by leave granted from an order of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board holding that plaintiff had suffered a compensable injury arising out of and in the course of his employment. Findings of fact by the board are conclusive absent fraud if there is any evidence in the record to support them; however, this Court may review the board's resolution of questions of law.
