Appellant appeals from the trial court's refusal to grant his post trial motions to conform the pleadings to the proof and to reform the jury verdict. We find no error.

Jessie O. Merryman owned approximately 90 acres of woodland which he wished to put into pasture. He orally contracted with Kenneth Snow to clear the land. Under an oral agreement with Snow, Jack Caudill participated in the bulldozing operations. After the work was completed...
