Defendant was convicted of embezzlement by a jury in the Hawkins County Criminal Court and sentenced to serve not less than three (3) years nor more than three (3) years in the penitentiary, and to pay a fine of Fifty Thousand Eight Hundred Eighteen Dollars and forty-eight cents ($50,818.48), the amount embezzled. He was also found guilty on two counts of failure...
