This is an action by the appellant, Greenville Housing Authority, to eject the respondent, Jessie Salters, from a low-income housing apartment for failing to pay her rent. The magistrate directed a verdict in favor of the Housing Authority. On appeal to the circuit court, the magistrate's judgment was reversed.
