Per Curiam:

This is an action by the appellant, Greenville Housing Authority, to eject the respondent, Jessie Salters, from a low-income housing apartment for failing to pay her rent. The magistrate directed a verdict in favor of the Housing Authority. On appeal to the circuit court, the magistrate's judgment was reversed. The Housing Authority appeals from the reversal, asserting the circuit court erred in finding the Authority's lease provisions...
