Appellant, Olin Corporation, brought an action (1) against appellees, Jerry Dollar and Charles Flowers for conversion; (2) against appellee, Cargo Carriers, Inc. for breach of a bailment contract and negligence in caring for its goods; and (3) against appellees, Roger Tinney and Pat Ragsdale to recover the value of stolen goods.
