This is an appeal from a judgment that Appellant, Commerce Savings Association of Brazoria County, take nothing in its suit to enforce a note and written guaranty agreement. Appellant argues that the trial court erred in allowing the introduction of parol evidence to vary the terms of the written agreements and that there was an improper submission of special issues.
