WIGGINTON, Judge.
The State appeals the trial court's orders granting appellee's motions to suppress certain statements and to dismiss the charge against appellee of trafficking in cannabis in excess of 100 pounds but less than 2,000 pounds, in violation of section 893.135(1)(a)1, Florida Statutes. We affirm.
