BUTZNER, Senior Circuit Judge:

Alfred J. Kutzik appeals from a summary judgment in an action he brought under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The district court denied relief for several reasons, including res judicata and collateral estoppel. We deferred decision awaiting Migra v. Warren City School District Board of Education, ___ U.S. ___, 104 S.Ct. 892, 79 L.Ed.2d 56 (1984), and now affirm because claim preclusion bars this action.*...
