Appellants Raymond H. Hughey and Eugene Rochester, as administrators of the estate of William Frank Hester, deceased, sued respondent Kenneth C. Mooney in equity to cancel certain deeds of real property by Hester to Mooney. They allege Mooney used fraud and undue influence to obtain the deeds from Hester.
