The issue we decide in this unemployment compensation case is whether the Appellate Division of the New Hampshire Department of Employment Security exceeded its authority when it awarded compensation to the claimant, after the appeal tribunal had denied compensation based on a finding of misconduct connected with the claimant's work. We hold that it did.
