This is a death penalty case. Defendant Nicholas Lee Ingram was tried by a jury Cobb County for murder, aggravated assault, and two counts of armed robbery ($60 and a pickup truck). He was convicted on all counts and sentenced to death for the murder. This is his appeal.1
