¶ On September 7, 1982, respondents filed a demand for arbitration of an uninsured motorist claim relating to an accident which occurred in May, 1980. Within three months after the accident, on August 11, 1980, respondents had notified Aetna of a possible uninsured motorist claim when they requested that "no-fault" forms be sent to them.
