This is an appeal by the State of Kansas from the dismissal of its cases against Johnny Ray Huff and Roderick Brown at the conclusion of a joint preliminary hearing. Both defendants were charged with aiding and abetting another to commit the crime of aggravated robbery. K.S.A. 21-3205 and 21-3427.
