Plaintiffs-appellants, Cleveland Police Patrolmen's Association and Paul Jurcisin (plaintiffs), appeal the judgment of the common pleas court denying plaintiffs' request for temporary and permanent injunctive relief against layoff action by defendantsappellees, George V. Voinovich et al. (defendants). For reasons adduced below the errors assigned are not welltaken. The judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
