The director of the Division of Employment Security (division) disqualified the claimant, Ronald Grand, from collecting supplemental and extended benefits under G.L.c. 151A. Grand timely requested a hearing by the director's authorized representative pursuant to G.L.c. 151A, § 39 (b).
