MEMORANDUM OPINION

CHURCHILL, District Judge.

On January 27, 1984, the defendant removed this action from the Wayne County Circuit Court. At the time of the removal, a Temporary Restraining Order was in effect, having been issued on the date of the filing of the complaint.
