OPINION

ELKINGTON, J.

Defendant Crenshaw was found guilty by a Contra Costa County jury's verdicts of (count I) murder in the perpetration of which he used a firearm, and (count II) possession of a sawed-off shotgun. He appeals from the judgment which was entered upon the jury's verdicts and finding.
