Appellants Terry Forgy, Randy Baird and Henry Heimeyer were charged with violation of Ark.Stat.Ann. § 41-3553 (Repl. 1977), which prohibits the sale and circulation of obscene periodicals. Appellant Forgy is the owner of the State Line Book Store in Texarkana, and the other appellants are employees there.
