This is the second appeal of this case. In the first appeal, we decided, in an unpublished opinion, that appellees George and Sue Wagnon had an unqualified option to purchase the land and facilities which were used as a nursing home in Warren, Arkansas.1 After our decision, the Wagnons and Blevinses disagreed on what the purchase price would be under the option.
