The Dibley brothers, Michael and Keith, were each charged with first degree robbery. Michael bargained for a guilty plea. Keith took his chances with a jury and was convicted. Part of the evidence admitted against him was a portion of Michael's statement on plea of guilty in which he recited his participation in the event.
