Relator Douglas Mastley filed a claim for unemployment compensation benefits effective March 6, 1983 and received a weekly benefit amount of $184.00. On August 2, 1983, a counselor from the Department of Economic Security referred relator to a potential employer for a job interview. At the interview, relator withdrew his application.
