Defendant was convicted of two counts of armed robbery, MCL 750.529; MSA 28.797, one count of felony-firearm, MCL 750.227(b); MSA 28.424(2), and one count of assault with intent to commit murder, MCL 750.83; MSA 28.278, by a jury on July 2, 1981. Trial had commenced on June 18, 1981. Defendant was sentenced to 13 to 30 years imprisonment on the robbery and assault charges to run concurrently and 2 years...
