This is an appeal by defendant, David E. Steen, from a judgment of conviction and sentence for a violation of R.C. 2911.12 (burglary).
On October 26, 1982, between 12:30 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. the office of Dr. Merrill Osborn was entered by force, drawers in the receptionist's desk were opened, desks were ransacked, and between $80 and $85 in cash was stolen.
