In this action, plaintiff-respondent James A. Goodson, Jr. sued defendants-appellants Carolina Container Corp., Inc. and John C. Rhyne, III for failure to pay a promissory note. The trial judge granted summary judgment in favor of Goodson. This appeal followed.
