Appellee has filed a motion to dismiss alleging that the order appealed from is neither a final judgment nor an appealable interlocutory order. Appellee has also filed a motion to supplement the transcript. We hold that the order is not appealable as a final judgment and that the appeal was not perfected within the time allowed for appealing an interlocutory order.
