ALLEN, Justice.

Thomas Anthony Neptune appeals from his conviction for possession of cocaine, a controlled substance. Neptune asserts a number of grounds of error, one of which is that the evidence is insufficient to support his conviction. We agree with Neptune that the evidence is insufficient. Consequently, we reverse and remand with instructions to enter an order of acquittal.
