Gerald Joseph Mason was convicted by a jury in the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County of burglary1 and criminal mischief.2 Following the denial of timely post-trial motions, he was sentenced to imprisonment for a term of not less than six (6) years, nor more than twenty (20) years on the burglary conviction.
