This is an appeal from the district court's order denying appellant Ostlund's petition for writ of certiorari. Appellant Ostlund was the principal at a senior high in Sauk Rapids. In May of 1979, he took an unpaid administrative leave which was approved by the Sauk Rapids School District. After Ostlund informed the District of his intent to return to work, the School Board sent him notice of intent to terminate his contract...
