¶ Plaintiff, a licensed real estate broker, brought this action to recover a brokerage commission from defendant, a limited partnership and the owner of an office building at 101 Park Avenue in Manhattan. The commission was sought pursuant to a brokerage agreement entered into on May 12, 1980.
