OPINION

SEARS, Justice.

Appellant was convicted of attempted capital murder in the course of committing aggravated rape under TEX.PENAL CODE ANN. § 19.03(a)(2) (Vernon 1974), and was sentenced to fifty years confinement. We affirm.
