Plaintiff employees have brought this action under the Equal Pay Act, 29 U.S.C. § 206(d), and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2, against the defendant employer. The plaintiffs allege that the defendant has discriminated upon the basis of sex in the payment of plaintiffs' salaries while they were supervisors at Louis Allis.
