Plaintiffs appeal as of right from the trial court's order granting defendant's motion for summary judgment pursuant to GCR 1963, 117.2(1).1 Plaintiffs had sued defendant in circuit court for damages arising from plaintiff Ronald Beauchamp's exposure to chemicals on the job.
