BISSETT, Justice.

Harold Miller, appellee in this Court, brought this suit wherein he sought to recover for marketing services allegedly performed pursuant to a contract between Padre Island Investment Corporation, appellant herein, and him. The case was tried to the court without a jury, and, based on stipulated facts, the trial court rendered judgment that appellee recover $54,000.00 from appellant.
