These are tort actions. In number 83 CA 0591, the plaintiff-appellant, Linda Fay Johnson, was the driver of one of the two vehicles. She allegedly suffered personal injuries. Also, she sued for damages for the loss of her mother, Doretha Johnson, who was a passenger in the car and died in the wreck. There were multiple defendants. All were dismissed, at plaintiff's cost.
