RIES, Circuit Judge.

This is an action for breach of contract arising out of the sale of a pickup truck by plaintiff, Frank Stinson Chevrolet, Inc., to defendant, Clarence Connelly. The jury returned a verdict for Connelly, and judgment was entered. We affirm.
