The question presented is whether medical records introduced at trial for the purpose of arguing a negative inference were admissible evidence when the authenticity and completeness of the records were never established. For the reasons which follow, we reverse the decision of the superior court, admitting the medical records over the objection of the plaintiffs, and remand the case for a new trial on the issue...
