David Estep, hereinafter referred to as plaintiff, a resident of Kingwood, West Virginia, sued his employer, Chemetals Corporation, a Maryland Corporation, for damages on account of an injury he sustained while at work. The plaintiff was employed by the defendant corporation at its Kingwood, West Virginia plant, as a common laborer and began his employment with the defendant on July 5, 1979.
