The issue presented by this interlocutory appeal is whether this action for alleged discrimination in employment on account of age was timely filed.

The complaint, which was filed April 20, 1983, alleges plaintiff was improperly discharged by defendant on April 23, 1982. At no time had plaintiff filed any charge of employment discrimination with the United States...
