Michael Ray David was found guilty of sexual abuse of a child and sentenced to ten years' imprisonment. The sole issue raised on appeal is whether the application of the statute permitting court reporters to destroy their notes after three years deprived appellant of his rights to due process, equal protection and the effective assistance of counsel.
