Appellant Edward J. Tiessen appeals from his conviction for burglary in violation of Minn.Stat. § 609.52, subd. 2(1), and theft in violation of Minn.Stat. § 609.582, subd. 1(a) (1982 and Supp.1983). Appellant claims the evidence was insufficient because his intoxication precluded the finding of the requisite intent to commit the offenses.
