This is an appeal from forfeiture of a criminal recognizance. On July 25, 1979, Simmons McLeod as principal, and J. R. Cloud, Sr., for Central Bonding Company as security, executed an appearance bond binding McLeod to be present at the November 1979 term of the Pike County Superior Court.
