OPINION

ROBERTSON, Justice.

Trial was to the court on a plea of not guilty to a charge of burglary of a habitation; punishment was set at ten years confinement. Appellant's two grounds of error concern (1) effectiveness of jury waiver and (2) admissibility of evidence. We affirm.
