Defendant appeals his conviction for possession of a controlled substance. ORS 475.992. He assigns as error the admission of the testimony of a deputy sheriff as to what he observed during a warrantless search of defendant's property, after defendant's motion to suppress the evidence seized in that search had been allowed.
