This is a divorce and child custody case.
After an ore tenus hearing, the trial court awarded custody of the couple's oneand-one-half-year-old son to the mother. The father and the paternal grandparents, through able and distinguished counsel, appeal the award of custody to the mother. The father also appeals from the trial court's action requiring him to pay child support and attorney fees.
