PER CURIAM:

The Commonwealth has appealed the order of the lower court which granted the petition of appellee, Charles E. Wise, Jr., to withdraw his guilty plea, pursuant to Pa.R. Cri.P. 320.1 For the reasons which follow, we are constrained to quash this appeal as interlocutory.

Appellee was charged with three counts of theft by failure to make required disposition of funds and with one count of theft by unlawful taking.
