On February 17, 1981, appellant, Victor Bracero, was arrested and charged with the commission of a burglary1 at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Steinrock, 225 South Tenth Street in Lebanon, Pennsylvania on February 14, 1981. On June 24, 1981, after a trial held before the Honorable John A. Walter, a jury found the appellant guilty as charged. Post trial motions were filed and denied.
