The main issue presented on appeal is whether, notwithstanding the language of G.S. 20-310(g), Nationwide must comply with the mandate of G.S. 20-310(f) when it declines to renew an automobile liability insurance policy for nonpayment of premium after mailing to its insured a "Premium Notice" and an "Expiration Notice."
