These proceedings against the two debtors, Harvey H. Sobel and Florence N. Sobel, have as their purpose to establish the liability of the Sobels to the plaintiffs for compensatory and punitive damages due to fraud and the nondischargeability of these liabilities. With the consent of all sides, the action brought by Silvio Montalto was consolidated for all purposes with the suit brought by Steven and Josephine Zachofsky...
