This appeal is from a summary judgment entered in Rock County District Court on November 18, 1983. The judgment decided entitlement to certain assets of debtor A.R. Wood Manufacturing Company (A.R. Wood). Appellant Barclays American Business Credit, Inc. (Barclays) and respondent Northwestern State Bank of Luverne (Bank) were both secured creditors of A.R. Wood when A.R.
